The Curved Austral pavilion is the tent with the most resistant structure of all the Okatent catalog, its curved form is designed to support different environments and assembly types.
Its design shows a soft and adaptable esthetic which can be used for every event and company types that look for a both resistant and esthetic tent. It is mainly designed to cover sports facilities, industrial units, playgrounds, advertising and aeronautics events.
The Curved pavilion model has 14 standard sizes to choose from and it’s the favorite model to cover paddle courts.

Aluminium structure
Aluminium structure
The aluminum used to manufacture one-gabled austral pavilions is made of an alloy 6082T6 and is extruded at high pressure with first class aluminum. The surface finish is anodized 15 microns and suitable for the protection of the structure outdoors. Once the aluminum structure has reached the end of its lifetime it can be entirely recycled and reused.

Polyester fabric covered on one side with PVC M2 certified according to the UNE 23723:90Normative. High density polyester cover and lateral curtains, waterproof and fire-resistant certified by APPLUS. 500D PVC Coat Fabric material of 360g/m2 grammage and 0,36mm thickness.

The membrane used for the closures is made of polyester fabric covered with transparent and waterproof PVC: white color VALMEX 8212 RAL 9010 with a M2 grade according to NORMA NFP 82507 fire-proof protection, with 650gr/m2 weight and 250/250N resistance to warp/weft tear.

Environment and recycling
At Okatent, year by year, we pretend to minimize or eliminate our industrial activity impact on the environment; and this is why many of our products are recycled at the end of their lifetime. We don’t use polluting products in the manufacturing of our canvas or structures and the labeling inks are eco-solvent.Lateral closure option
Choose the lateral closure option for your gabled tent. In the Okatent catalog you will find up to 5 lateral closure standard options: Simple canvas, Opaque canvas, plate lateral, sandwich panel, transparent laterals.
- Simple canvas laterals: The membrane used for the closures is made of a polyester fabric covered with transparent fire-resistant and waterproof PVC
- Opaque canvas laterals: The closure is made of a simple membrane of polyester covered with acrylic varnish PVC on two sides and alma negra inside.
- Sandwich panel lateral: Self-supporting metallic panel isolated in polyurethane, destined to industrial units walls, commercial buildings and compartments in general.
- Transparent laterals: The transparent canvas is made of a transparent membrane manufactured with polyester fabric covered with translucent PVC
Covers types opcions
Choose the cover type for your gabled tent upper closure. Choose one of the 5 options that Okatent offers thinking about the closure and isolation needs: Simple canvas cover, Opaque canvas cover, Transparent cover, Pressurized cover.
- Simple canvas cover: The cover is made of a simple membrane of polyester covered with PVC on two sides composed of welded Keder on the opposite lateral sides to ensure tightness with the structure.
- Opaque canvas cover: The cover is made of a simple membrane of polyester covered with acrylic varnish PVC on two sides and alma negra inside, composed of welded Keder on the opposite lateral sides to ensure tightness with the structure.
- Transparent cover: The transparent cover is made of a transparent membrane manufactured with polyester fabric covered with translucent PVC.
- Pressurized cover: Cover with membrane covered with two PVC canvas layers creating an air chamber with a constant pressure between 0.8 and 1.2 mbar and a 1.5 thermal insulation factor.
